Steve was the best thing that ever happened to the earth. He was second best thing to me (my rabbit Buggsy was first!) He raised me as much as much my father did. i grew up watchinghis show and i will forever miss him. he made me want to be a Conservational Biologist and travel the world to help wild animals and wild places. RIP mate! I miss ya so much!!

so true
Bindi sure lightens my day though...i hope all this fame at such an early age dosnt mess up her head. i pray she turns out just like her father...
Must be so hard to lose your father at such a young age. At any age, of course. But so much time was stolen from them. How old is she and her brother now?
When I first heard about Steve's death I didn't believe it. There had been so many rumors about him being killed earlier. But when it was all over CNN I knew it had to be true. It was a sad day...
Sorry 'bout your bunnyrabbit too. It hurts so much when a pet dies.
Bindi turned 9 years old this year and Rovert is just a mere 3 years of age. Poor things. I agree, it is devastating losing a father, especially at such a young age. Bindi at leased was lucky enough to be extremly close to her father. Robert, on the other hand, barley knew him He will never know the great man that he called Daddy.
I screamed at my parents when they told me once i woke up. They were all smiling and they said it very cautiouly, like it was nothing, so i didnt think it was true. Well, then i heard it on the news and i ran away for the day. My parents couldnt find me so i ended up grounded and in huge trouble for skipping school. Oh well, i was depressed, not like i would have done much in school even if i had gone. I still cry everyday for him.
Yes, i always feel more pain and cry more when one of my animals die then when one of my humans die. Animals are just higher up on the importance rank then humans for me...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
